Greetings,
We are pleased to announce Mr. Allen Bennett has recently accepted the
Henderson Airport Manager position. His office is located in the original
terminal building. Please stop by and say hello to Allen Bennett/Airport
Mgr. and Donna Mulcahy/Administrative Accountant. Meet the Manager
Remember the movie Field of Dreams? Build it and they will come. It
must be true because the Henderson airport continues to grow! In case you
have not noticed, the Captain Safety hangar has been delivered and construction
has begun near the new west ramp. The board will be reviewing a recently
approved federal grant to build hangars for IWT Solutions Group and Don
Davis Aviation adjoining the west ramp.
Also, the Airport Board and Don Davis Aviation have discussed an airport
“cook out” this summer! We hope to have more information soon. In the mean
time, if you know someone who should be notified or would like to join
the festivities and/or future mailers, please let us know by email here.
